Digital Downloads

Pre-Orders

• We do not produce mass bulk and because of this we offer pre-orders. We make very small productions of each style.

• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as the item(s) information has already been passed along to the manufacturer to begin production

Shipping

• All available items will ship within 1-3 business days, your package will be shipped via USPS, though we sometimes ship UPS.

• Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Classy Rebel Design is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS, or UPS and all claims must be filed through them.

• All packages are insured for the total cost of your item(s)

Returns

• Classy Rebel Design does not offer refunds for returns on physical or digital products.

• Exchanges are only available in the USA. As shipping costs plus duty are significantly higher in other countries

• In the event you need to make a return you, are given the option to return for store credit or exchange.

  -Item must be unworn, nor used for photos/photoshoots

  -Tags must be attached

• If you need to exchange for a different size, please contact us with the order number and size you wish to receive.

• A store credit will be issued as soon we receive the item and inspect it.

• For all exchanges you must contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM

• if item is not in stock you will receive store credit instead

• We will send you new size of item ones your previous one has been returned to us

• Custom made, Customized orders are final sale items and are non returnable.
  

  Cancellations

• At this time we cannot offer cancellations on your order, unless you put the request within 24 hours of a business day, and receive a reply in that time frame

• Unfortunately, once an order is placed we can no longer make changes after 24 hours
